Project: Accelerate!, is a collaborative exposure program designed to provide a cross-section experience of construction, engineering, design, and skilled trades. 

The core program is specifically devised to work in concert to expose, reinforce and expand career growth and opportunity for women in those fields. 

Project: Accelerate! is built on a basic tenet that knowledge and exposure/familiarity are power and that speaking the language of an industry is fundamental to acquiring higher levels of success. We further advance this goal by actively mentoring and connecting participants to resources and identifying opportunities and strategies for the best next steps.

The Project: Accelerate! program is adaptive and practical. The individual instructional experiential modules are designed to reflect the local industry, community needs, and advancement opportunities coupled with a modular program design that better allows credentialed program directors to optimize experiences for their participants.

Our Project: Accelerate! schedule consists of lectures, labs, and on-site experiences with expert industry professionals booked to present to participants throughout the program.
